Gendered Life Course and Life Success

The course provides students with basic knowledge about the history and current state of gender relations and gender order throughout life and gender characteristics of life success in Ukraine and the other societies. The course introduces students to the topics and strategies of research on life success in modem societies on the basis of comparative analysis of socio-cultural contexts, using methods of active learning to master modem methods of sociological analysis and research on life success in various types of social order - post-Soviet, postmodern), in different professional environments everywhere the prism of gender and personal dimension (age and generation).
